Returns and Exchanges Policy
Customers wishing to exchange or return items purchased through our website have up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us via WhatsApp at +61 433 004 609 to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, products must show no signs of use (such as marks, stains, etc.) and must not have been washed. Upon arrival at our facility, the product will undergo a quality control inspection. The exchange or refund will only be processed once approved by quality control. If the product fails the inspection, it will be returned to the customer. Approved exchange requests will be dispatched within 10 business days, which is the time required for preparation.
In the case of a return, the product value (excluding shipping costs) will be fully refunded to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Please Note: Custom items cannot be exchanged or returned due to the personalised nature of the product. If your custom item has a manufacturing or customisation defect, please contact us immediately.
NOTE: In the event of a manufacturing defect on a custom item, the replacement product will be remade exactly according to the initial order. No changes or adjustments to the original customisation will be allowed.
