Changes or cancellations will ONLY be permitted free of charge if communicated on the same day of purchase. For any changes requested after this period, we will assess the current production stage of the belt to determine any rework or cancellation fees, or to advise if changes/cancellations are no longer possible (due to the belt being in the final stages of production). No cancellations or changes will be accepted after the 4th business day.
All products include transit insurance against loss. However, returns or cancellations of custom belts will not be accepted due to delivery delays when the delay is caused by the freight carrier.
